Responsibilities

• Learn all different areas of our business such as Field Operations, Project Management, and Estimating
• Assist with distributing new or updated drawings and specifications
• Research drawing interpretations, problems, conflicts, interference and errors
• Assist with researching, transmitting and monitoring RFI's
• Learn how to prepare a submittal log in accordance with the project schedule and specifications
• Assist with updating status reports as required
• Participate in project meetings
• Assist with change order documentation and compilation
• Perform additional assignments per project manager or superintendent direction.
