About The Position

The Construction Intern will support the project and construction management team with administrative and coordination tasks that help keep projects organized and moving forward. This role offers exposure to construction operations, documentation, and utility coordination. This position is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in construction operations, project coordination, and documentation management.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with preparation and distribution of project notices and other construction-related communications
  • Supporting utility transfers, service requests, and coordination with utility providers
  • Pulling standard and ad-hoc reports related to projects, schedules, and costs
  • Updating and maintaining project databases, logs, and tracking tools to ensure accurate information
  • Organizing permits, plans, and project documentation
  • Assisting the team with general administrative and project support tasks as needed
  • Correcting the assigned to and owner on the Project Plan
  • Adding http links to the Intake Sheet
  • Sorting and forwarding the Construction Mail
  • Logging Notices (lien, prelim notices, ect)
  • Assisting in obtaining hard signatures (NOCs, utility forms, etc)
  • Organizing the AZDrive files
  • Populate target site numbers on the tank manufacturer’s reports
  • Pulling Nuvolo reports for 45 day walks
  • Following up on vendor outstanding invoices
  • Assisting CMs with clerical needs (saving files, scanning docs, etc)
