Requirements

high school diploma or GED
one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
ability to review, understand, and interpret construction plans and drawings accurately
basic understanding of standard construction and trade practices, including low-voltage electrical, plumbing, concrete work, and excavation
Strong problem-solving skills
attention to detail
ability to work well with hand and power tools
