About The Position

The Shed Installer position at Backyard Products offers independent contractors the opportunity to install pre-packaged and pre-cut shed kits in customers' backyards. This role allows for flexible scheduling and the potential for high earnings through competitive pay and build bonuses, rewarding efficient builders. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will have the autonomy to manage your own work schedule while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Building/Carpentry experience is required.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service skills are necessary.
• Ability to work in all temperature extremes is needed.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must have nail guns (framing nailer and roofing nailer).
• Must have an air compressor and hoses.
• Must have an impact driver and drill.
• Must possess hand tools (hammer, tape measure, square, level, etc.).
• Must have a ladder tall enough to access the roof.
• Automobile and General Liability insurance must meet minimum coverage requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install pre-packaged and pre-cut shed kits in customers' backyards.
• Ensure high-quality assembly and installation of sheds.
• Provide excellent customer service during installations.
