Construction Installer: Foundation Repair Field Technician
About The Position
American Foundation & Waterproofing is East Tennessee's leader in the waterproofing, foundation, and concrete repair industry. We are currently seeking installation crew and foremen. Pay rate based on experience. Minimal to NO EXPERIENCE needed (we train within) Competitive starting wages + Performance Bonuses Overtime pay Lots of opportunities to advance! Responsibilities
- Loads truck with materials, tools, and equipment as instructed by the Crew Leader and Lead Technician.
- Performs installation duties according to the Crew Leaders and Lead Technicians instruction and company-approved methods, standards, and timetables.
- Unloads and cleans the truck upon return to the company.
- Takes great care of the company's products, tools, and equipment.
- Drives for the company in a safe manner.
