What You’ll Need Proven Experience: VDOT inspection experience, including knowledge of roadway, structure, and bridge construction. Certification Savvy: VDOT certifications in soil and aggregate, asphalt, concrete, pavement marking, and more. Strong Work Ethic: A dedication to quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Requirements
- VDOT Soil and Aggregate Field Compaction
- VDOT Asphalt Field Level I & II
- VDOT Hydraulic Cement Concrete Field (ACI Concrete Field Tech Grade I)
- VDOT Pavement Marking
- VDOT ESCCC or DEQ Erosion and Sediment Control Inspector
- VDOT Nuclear Gauge Safety Training
- VDOT Guardrail, Surface Treatment
- VDOT Intermediate Work Zone Safety Training
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction
- This position requires operating a company vehicle. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to meet company driving eligibility requirements, including a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review . Employment in this role is contingent upon meeting these requirements . Applicants that require an employment visa sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.
