This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals or recent graduates eager to start their careers and build our communities.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and safely traverse construction sites.
Must have a satisfactory driving record, criminal background check, and drug test.

Nice To Haves

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Previous related experience is preferred, but we welcome new graduates.

Responsibilities

Inspecting and interpreting project specifications and working drawings on-site.
Recording and documenting field data, generating comprehensive reports.
Collaborating with project staff on design changes and solutions.
Communicating effectively with all project entities to ensure seamless coordination.
Monitoring and verifying installed construction quantities to approve payment requests.
Adhering to strict health and safety procedures on all job sites.
