Requirements

7+ years of construction inspection experience, preferably in Water and Wastewater facilities, and underground utility projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10-Hour Safety certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
Document all findings including field observations and recommendations.
Communicate effectively with contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues as they arise.
Prepare daily reports and assist in the compilation of punch lists.
Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
