Responsibilities

• Ensure Compliance: Confirm that all work performed by contractors meets applicable codes and safety requirements.
• Research and Documentation: Conduct thorough research on construction information, document findings promptly, and report any discrepancies to the Project Manager, Engineer, or Inspection Supervisor.
• Material Inspection: Inspect, measure, and issue delivery receipts for materials purchased, delivered, and utilized in projects as needed.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports that compile necessary data, including staff materials, time, issues, concerns, and other project-related matters. Ensure that inspection reports accurately reflect the contractor's work.
• Change Management: Seek approval from the Project Manager, Engineer, or Inspection Supervisor for any changes to project scope or additional inspection services as required.
