About The Position
Tacoma Water is seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Inspector Manager to lead our Project Delivery Group's Construction Management Team within the Planning and Engineering section. This pivotal role ensures the successful execution of our Capital and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) projects, private contract projects, and the monitoring of existing infrastructure impacted by external construction activities. The Construction Inspector Manager will oversee all aspects of construction management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders. You will manage a team responsible for design surveys, constructability reviews, construction inspections, construction management, survey staking, and watermain shutdowns.
