About The Position
Are you a skilled and experienced construction professional ready to lead a dynamic inspection team? The City of O'Fallon is seeking a Construction Inspector Supervisor to oversee and support our team of Construction Inspectors. This role combines hands-on field work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring public infrastructure projects meet high standards of quality and compliance. As a Construction Inspector Supervisor, you will manage inspection schedules, review construction projects, collaborate with contractors and city officials, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. You'll play a key role in the successful delivery of public infrastructure, from roads and sidewalks to stormwater systems and capital improvement projects.
