About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Construction Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist our Crane Operator as well as our welders and iron workers. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience is a plus but not necessary
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials as needed
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be willing to travel

Responsibilities

• Assist Crane OP with rigging and driving the company truck to various sites
• Assist welders and iron workers with various tasks
