About The Position

The Construction General Laborer - Installer plays a crucial role in the Groundworks team, responsible for traveling to customer homes to install various foundation repair and waterproofing solutions. Requirements

• Previous experience in construction, home services, trade work, general labor, or landscaping is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform strenuous physical labor.
• Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination are required.
• Excellent stamina and the ability to work in adverse conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver's license preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer homes to install foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions.
• Work as part of a high-performance team serving local customers.
• Load and deliver materials from the warehouse to the work site.
• Perform set-up and clean-up tasks at the work site.
• Dig and back-fill trenches/holes when necessary.
• Lift heavy objects and perform strenuous labor under various conditions.
• Enter crawl spaces and other confined areas as required.
• Follow instructions closely and listen well to supervisors.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
