Execute Construction General Labor duties and learn the business.
Organize, carry, and load heavy job materials (up to 50lbs).
Perform set-up and clean-up tasks on the job site.
Dig and back-fill trenches/holes.
Make repairs in crawl spaces, basements, and around home foundations.
Perform work duties while exposed to outdoor elements such as extreme heat, cold, and rain.

Ability to contribute to a high-performance team.
Willingness to work until tasks are completed correctly.

Valid driver's license preferred (required for promotion).
