About The Position

If you prefer doing something different every day, then you would feel at home in our supportive and rewarding company. We are looking for candidates ready to be a part of a team while completing a variety of construction, repair, and maintenance projects. This position requires a valid license and reliable transportation in order to drive to our Moraine office or the job site daily. Employees must be reliable, punctual, detail oriented and have the willingness to learn new skills and trades. This is a labor position . You will be expected to complete projects individually as well as part of a labor team on a daily basis. We will provide you with the leadership and training needed as well as tools and materials required for the projects. Previous experience operating power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment is preferred but is not required. Our projects include rough, finish and repair carpentry, deck repairs and installation, siding repairs and installation, foundation repairs, slab jacking, drywall repair and installation, painting, pressure washing, framing and structural repairs, crawlspace remediation, concrete replacement and installation, fencing, light electrical and plumbing, drainage repairs and replacement as well as general repair/maintenance projects, etc. Our projects are generally located in the greater Dayton and Cincinnati regions.

Requirements

Professional work ethic, high standards for quality, detail-oriented
Ability to work in various environments
Ability to safely work from ladders, lifts, roofs, etc.
Ability to handle physical workload while completing a variety of projects
Willingness and ability to learn new skills and trades
Arrive on time daily (full-time position, overtime may be requested or required)
Valid Ohio driver's license
Must have reliable transportation
Willingness and ability to pass a background check
