About The Position

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Foreman to join our team. The Foreman is responsible for supervising and leading a team of workers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing project timelines. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals. This is an opportunity for a long term position and to join a growing company.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience as a construction foreman
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks with a focus on concrete and electrical work
• Oversee three-to-four-man crew
• Safely operate and maneuver equipment trailers
• Read and understand blueprints and build to specification instructions with precision and quality
• Ensure job is coordinated from start to finish to maximize efficiency and safety
• Provide detailed and accurate reporting of daily duties performed.
• Preform restoration of areas where work has been performed (leveling, seed, and straw)
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
• Responsible for work outcomes that are assigned
• Other duties as assigned
