Were looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team in St. George, UT. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with proven experience in petroleum system installations, UST work, decommissioning, crew management, and job site coordination. Your Mission Lead and supervise crews on petroleum construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification. Interpret and work from site plans, blueprints, and specifications, verifying measurements and layouts. Determine and verify grade elevations for proper system installation. Install petroleum storage and dispensing systems, including UST/AST tanks, piping, dispensers, and related equipment. Perform UST tank and piping installation, retrofit work, and decommissioning in compliance with all regulations. Coordinate with General Contractors (GCs), inspectors, and project managers to meet deadlines and resolve issues efficiently. Ensure full compliance with AST/UST installation standards, ICC requirements, safety regulations, and environmental rules. Oversee daily site operations, including equipment use, material staging, and job site organization. Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and on-site crew training to maintain a strong safety culture. Troubleshoot installation and system issues, providing hands-on technical guidance. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, site conditions, and project progress. What You Bring to the Table Required Certifications & Technical Training: ICC U-1 Install Certification (Install/Retrofit) required ICC U-2 Decommissioning Certification required 40-Hour HAZWOPER PEI Safety Training RP100 Qualified Training OSHA industry standards training Job-specific manufacturer certifications (dispensers, tanks, equipment, etc.) Experience & Skills: 3+ years installing petroleum systems (tanks, piping, dispensers, controls) Strong experience with UST installation, piping, and decommissioning work Ability to read and interpret site plans and blueprints Strong knowledge of grading and elevation verification Previous experience leading crews on active construction sites Clear, effective communication with GCs, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal teams Strong organizational, problem-solving, and documentation skills Ability to travel and work year-round in outdoor environments Before You Leap Some positions require travel and overnight stays. Travel expenses are covered by Nwestco, LLC.
