Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior construction methods, finishes, and buildout sequencing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical shop drawings.
- A calm, focused leader who can coordinate crews, juggle moving parts, and maintain quality.
- Comfortable with tools, field equipment, and hands-on work when needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with custom fabrication or architectural millwork is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site teams to execute high-end commercial interior projects, including retail, restaurant, office, and mixed-use spaces.
- Coordinate with designers, GCs, and internal teams to translate design intent into buildable, finished results.
- Manage daily site operations, subcontractors, materials, and timelines.
- Interpret drawings, specs, and custom fabrication details with precision.
- Ensure safety protocols, cleanliness, and site standards are met.
- Problem-solve field conditions and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee installation of custom fabricated components - wood, metal, and hybrid features.
