CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN IN TRAINING

About the position

The Construction Foreman in Training position offers paid training to lead a crew of 3 to 4 construction laborers. The role involves constructing pre-engineered post frame structures, reading plans, organizing job sites, and supervising employees. The foreman will operate hand and power tools and equipment, work from ladders and aerial work platforms up to 35 feet off the ground, and ensure stable income with reliable year-round construction work. The job requires working outside in various weather conditions and includes operating a one-ton crew cab, pulling a trailer, and operating a skid steer.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 3 to 4 construction laborers

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• More than 2 years of prior building trades experience required
• Leadership/Management experience preferred
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
• Must possess valid driver's license
