About The Position

Paid training to lead a crew of 3 to 4 construction laborers Construct pre-engineered post frame structures Read plans, organize job sites, supervise employees Operate hand and power tools and equipment Work from ladders and aerial work platforms up to 35 feet off the ground Stable income and reliable year-round construction work Work outside in a variety of elements Operate a one-ton crew cab, pull a trailer, and operate a skid steer

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• More than 2 years of prior building trades experience required
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
• Must possess valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Leadership/Management experience preferred
