The Job: Foreman in Training Assist in leading a crew of 3-4 construction laborers Construct pre-engineered post-frame structures from start to finish Read and interpret blueprints and building plans Learn to organize job sites and supervise crews Operate hand and power tools, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment Work from heights up to 35 feet on ladders and aerial work platforms Drive a one-ton crew cab truck, haul trailers, and operate skid steers Work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable, full-time, year-round construction work

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum of 2 years of prior building trades experience required
• Valid driver's license required
• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow

Nice To Haves

• Leadership or crew management experience preferred
