About The Position

The Construction Foreman in Training position involves paid training to lead a crew of 3 to 4 construction laborers. The role includes constructing pre-engineered post frame structures, reading plans, organizing job sites, and supervising employees. The foreman will operate hand and power tools and equipment, work from ladders and aerial work platforms up to 35 feet off the ground, and will be expected to work outside in a variety of elements. The position offers stable income and reliable year-round construction work, as well as the operation of a one-ton crew cab, pulling a trailer, and operating a skid steer.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• More than 2 years of prior building trades experience required
• Leadership/Management experience preferred
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
• Must possess valid driver's license
