About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of management and forecasting and planning experience.
• Strong basis in the construction accounting discipline.
• Multi-location experience.
• Operated within a highly leveraged capital structure.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of GM T&C, PMP, CCP, CSP, Construction Cloud contract Manager.
• Experience with Internet Contract Manager (Not Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes including developing financial targets.
• Manage planning and forecasting processes, define deliverables, timing, and processes.
• Develop and implement financial forecasting models to predict operating results.
• Implement financial forecasting and planning tools as needed to improve planning results.
• Coordinate internal reporting and development of management reporting and analysis of the company's financial and operating performance.
