About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Construction Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for construction and capital expenditure projects across our retail footprint. This role will serve as the primary liaison between the Finance, Real Estate, and Construction teams to ensure retail development initiatives are financially sound, compliant, and delivered on budget.
