A day in the life of a Field Technician at New Beginnings Construction is anything but ordinary! Your adventure begins around 8:00 AM, as you either meet your crew at a residential renovation site or load up essential supplies and tools for exciting projects like kitchen or bath remodels. After a quick morning check-in with your site supervisor, you dive into action-whether it's demoing an outdated bathroom, assisting with framing a new wall, or setting up cabinetry and trim. Expect to be hands-on all day, hauling materials, maintaining the job site, and mastering the use of both hand and power tools. You'll work alongside skilled tradesmen, learning everything from electrical rough-ins to drywall finishing. By the day's end, you'll leave knowing you've improved someone's home and taken a big leap into a fulfilling career in construction!
Requirements
