Day-to-Day Role: Reports to Construction Manager for Exterior Trim and Siding, primarily new construction single family homes. Monitor progress for all self-performing work, subcontractor coordination, supervision, and job site safety Blueprint reading, layout and planning of the day-to-day work to perform roofing installation or other related tasks Manage scheduling and coordination of subcontractors, labor and materials Daily review of “work in place” and compliance of work with plans Manage overall safety of the job site Maintain daily paperwork such as time cards, field reports, etc.
