About The Position

The Construction Field Operations Manager at Vercetti Enterprises is responsible for overseeing field superintendents to ensure efficient project execution and completion. This role involves regular site visits, collaboration with various stakeholders, and maintaining quality and safety standards across multiple construction projects in South Florida.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 10 years of experience in South Florida construction required.
• 10 years of experience working for a South Florida general contractor required.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with commercial and institutional construction projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Visit one to two project sites daily to meet with superintendents and review ongoing work.
• Conduct weekly meetings with superintendents to discuss project recaps, RFI's, change orders, and schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of superintendents and their communication with subcontractors and vendors.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on project specifications and updates.
• Work with project managers on coordination of RFI's, change orders, inspections, and material orders.
• Oversee the submission of plans to obtain building permits from local municipalities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local building officials and inspectors.
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance on all projects.
