Requirements

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional on-site consultations with clients and adjusters to assess damages and set clear expectations.
• Document damages, sketches, and project details thoroughly within 1 business day of the visit.
• Present tailored reconstruction solutions and guide clients through the pre-construction phase.
• Serve as the main point of contact during the estimating and file care process, providing consistent updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with adjusters, insurance professionals, and clients.
• Monitor project progress during the insurance phase and assist with problem-solving when challenges arise.
• Ensure seamless handoffs to Project Managers by preparing organized and complete project documentation.
• Drive to various locations for meetings, site visits, and project assessments.
• Other duties may be assigned.
