About The Position

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Construction Project Manager to develop and execute strategic construction plans, offering expert input on constructability and sequencing. Additionally, you will support on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines across multiple disciplines including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation. You will be responsible to oversee and coordinate subcontractors and field personnel, resolving technical issues and ensuring high-quality workmanship. Further, you will conduct advanced reviews of construction drawings and specifications, identifying potential conflicts and proposing effective solutions. You will also prepare and manage comprehensive construction documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports, to support procurement and tender processes. Additionally, you will perform detailed material quantity takeoffs and critically evaluate contractor cost proposals for accuracy and value. You also will monitor construction progress, perform quality assurance inspections, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a related industrial construction environment.
  • Perseverance and results-driven attitude.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
