The Construction Executive Intern provides high-level administrative, operational, and personal support to B&D’s President in a hands-on, fast-paced, and highly trusted role. This position blends professional executive assistance with personal support and driving responsibilities, offering unique exposure to executive leadership and the construction industry. Designed as a year-long , career-building internship with no prior experience required, the role includes direct mentorship and potential pathways to future roles within the company. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, thrives in ambiguity, works well both independently and collaboratively, and performs effectively in an autonomous, fast-paced environment. Candidates must be 21 years or older, have a clean driving record, and be flexible and willing to work varying hours with an adaptable schedule as needed.
