About The Position

We are seeking a COO/EVP succession hire for a midsize railroad and bridge contractor in the Ft Worth, Texas area. The COO position offers an equity opportunity and succession to the presidency. This role will oversee all construction and management operations for this multi-state, employee-owned contractor.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills and experience in operations management.
• Proven track record in team-building and administrative functions.
• Experience in transportation construction, specifically in bridge or railroad projects.
• Demonstrated P&L management and business oversight capabilities.
