About The Position
The Commercial Construction Estimator plays a crucial role in estimating the costs associated with Type 3 and Type 5 construction of multi-story wood framed buildings. This position involves collaborating with contractors and their customers to facilitate the estimating process, ensuring that all plans are completed within the agreed time frame. The estimator must possess strong attention to detail and experience in manual or software-based estimating, while also assisting in the daily operations of the store as directed by the Store Manager.
