About The Position
We’re hiring a Construction Estimator to support heavy civil and infrastructure projects from bid preparation through award. This role focuses on accurate takeoffs, cost analysis, and collaboration with project teams to deliver competitive and profitable bids.
Requirements
- Experience estimating heavy civil, roadway, or infrastructure construction projects
- Familiarity with FDOT standards, plans, and specifications preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical documents
- Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for civil and infrastructure projects
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents for FDOT and municipal work
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Assist with bid strategy, scope reviews, and proposal preparation
- Support bid handoff and coordination with project management teams
