TEAMWORK WINS · Positivity – Here to Help · Integrity – Do What is Right Role Overview As a Construction Estimator, you’ll inspect jobs, create accurate estimates using Xactimate (and Symbility), and build strong relationships with customers, property managers, and insurance adjusters. You’ll be a proactive leader, driving projects from inspection through approval and production, always embodying our core principles.

Requirements

• Estimating and construction experience specific to restoration required.
• Proficiency in Xactimate required; Symbility experience desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, initiative, and goal orientation.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to work an on-call rotation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Estimate commercial and residential reconstruction projects using Xactimate and Symbility.
• Perform inspections, sketches, and photographs for all types of restoration work.
• Negotiate restoration services and insurance claim settlements with adjusters.
• Sell and obtain approvals for projects, moving them efficiently to production.
• Establish budgets, process change orders, and review files for accuracy.
