If you’ve spent 4-5 years mastering the art of construction estimation and have led a team for 1+ years, we want to meet you!

Requirements

• 4-5 years in construction estimating
• Exceptional attention to detail with a knack for numbers and problem-solving.
• Natural coaching ability with strong leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with various stakeholders, from team members to clients.
• Proficient with estimating software (like Procore or Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Estimation Team: Drive, mentor, and inspire a team of estimators to consistently deliver top-notch estimates.
• Precision Estimating: Dive into project specifications, blueprints, and bid documents, generating estimates that are as close to perfect as it gets.
• Collaborate & Strategize: Work hand-in-hand with project managers, architects, and clients to define scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Market Insights: Leverage your knowledge of local markets, materials, and subcontractor relationships to create competitive proposals.
• Risk Management: Anticipate potential challenges and proactively factor them into estimates to help streamline project execution.
