About The Position
Construction Equipment Service Technician Chappell Tractor has an opening in our Service Department located in Brentwood, NH for a Shop Service Technician. The position involves preparing units for delivery and performing periodic service & maintenance. Repairing equipment including engine, transmission, rear/front axle and hydraulic cylinder overhaul. Diagnose and repair construction equipment in the shop. In addition to an excellent work environment, we offer a comprehensive choice of benefits including health, dental, and 401K. We also offer a sign on bonus from $1,000 and up based on experience level.
Requirements
- prior experience working as a Technician in a service department at an equipment, truck or automotive dealership
Nice To Haves
- graduated from a technical or vocational school
- knowledgeable with all major mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems found in this type of equipment
- Experience servicing diesel engines
- welding
