Operate heavy construction equipment such as loaders, excavators, and bulldozers on highway and road construction projects. Requirements
- Proven ability to operate heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a construction setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a road crew team.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members.
- Commitment to safety and quality in construction projects.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
