About The Position

The position involves operating various types of heavy equipment including blades, dozers, excavators, loaders, rollers, and backhoes. The role requires adherence to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Candidates must be willing to perform manual labor as needed and follow hand signals and markings while operating equipment. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

• Ability to operate various types of equipment safely, including blades, dozers, excavators, loaders, rollers and backhoes
• Grade checking experience preferred
• Must be willing to do some manual labor
• Observe hand signals, markings and/or grade stakes while operating equipment
• Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed

Responsibilities

• Operate blade, dozer, excavator, loader, rollers and backhoes
