We are seeking a Construction Engineer to provide field engineering support and ensure successful execution of large-scale power generation mega projects. This role will be responsible for resolving design and installation issues, supporting construction teams in the field, and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance throughout the build process. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.

  • Provide technical support to construction teams for installation and execution of power plant systems.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and field conditions to resolve design discrepancies and construction issues.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure design intent is achieved in the field.
  • Monitor construction progress and support quality assurance and control of installations.
  • Assist with RFIs, field change requests, and as-built documentation.
  • Collaborate with EPC contractors, OEMs, and project stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
  • Ensure construction activities comply with project safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Construction Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 4-10 years of experience in field engineering or construction support within power generation, industrial facilities, or energy infrastructure projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of power plant systems, equipment installation, and construction methods.
  • Hands-on experience resolving design, installation, and integration issues on large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulations (ASME, IEEE, NFPA, API, OSHA, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with construction, engineering, and operations teams in dynamic field settings.
  • Willingness to travel and support onsite project activities as needed.
