About The Position

Construction Draw Specialist I Department/Location: Construction Draw / Bethel Station Employee Reports to: Construction Draw Manager FLSA: Hourly; Non-Exempt position Status: Full-Time 80 Hours Rate of Pay: Grade 16 / $21.93 to $32.25 an hour Summary/Objective: Provide customer service support to borrowers, vendors and loan officers with commercial and residential construction loan disbursement process. Primary function will assist the draw process on the commercial side and the daily voucher repayment process and related functions.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
2 Years banking or related experience preferred
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
Ability to speak, read and hear
Ability to type/word process
Ability to communicate on the telephone

Responsibilities

Assist lenders in the analysis and interpretation of construction budgets.
Assists in preparing initial set-up of construction files.
Back-up to Construction Draw Manager functions.
Maintain and reconcile monthly construction loan advances (including interest payments, date downs, inspections, draws, holdback account monitoring)
Communicating with NWCC when necessary on budgets and issues (ordering on behalf of borrower only as an exception).
Balancing various GLs, tracking payments, reconciling inspection invoicing, etc.)
Prepare and update various departmental forms used in the Commercial/Residential Construction Department.
Active involvement in community activities.
Manage closed files.
Manage discretionary tracking.
