EquipmentShare is searching for a Construction Disbursement Coordinator for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow. Reporting to the Real Estate Portfolio Manager, the Construction Disbursement Coordinator manages construction disbursements and other tenant improvements in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). This position proactively works with enterprise-wide stakeholders as a strategic partner between our Construction division, Real Estate Department, Lenders, accounts payable department, legal department and operations leaders. This position must use independent judgment and initiative in the planning, organization, assignment, time management and reporting of work.
