As Construction Director for the Global Facilities U.S. Engineering and Construction department at Micron Technology, Inc., you will have the chance to lead and develop the future of our large-scale U.S. Greenfield FAB Construction projects. You will play a key role in delivering these projects flawlessly, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining top quality standards. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to lead a team of multi-discipline experts, coordinating cost, schedule, quality, project controls, and commissioning efforts across several U.S. projects. You will apply world-class Engineering and Construction methods and promote outstanding procedures to deliver exceptional project results.

Requirements

• Proven track record in construction management, particularly in large-scale projects
• Strong ability to drive outstanding practices
• Excellent strategic influencing and strong business insight
• Experience in leading multi-discipline teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-national environment
• Strong collaboration skills, working with various collaborators in a dynamic setting

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, implementation, and completion of large-scale U.S. Greenfield FAB Construction projects
• Direct and manage the Global Facilities U.S. Construction team
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards
• Implement outstanding Engineering and Construction methods
• Direct cost, schedule, quality, project controls, and commissioning initiatives
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external collaborators
