About The Position
Coordinate the planning, implementation, and completion of large-scale U.S. Greenfield FAB Construction projects Direct and manage the Global Facilities U.S. Construction team Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards Implement outstanding Engineering and Construction methods Direct cost, schedule, quality, project controls, and commissioning initiatives Collaborate effectively with internal and external collaborators Proven track record in construction management, particularly in large-scale projects Strong ability to drive outstanding practices Excellent strategic influencing and strong business insight Experience in leading multi-discipline teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-national environment Strong collaboration skills, working with various collaborators in a dynamic setting
