We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking Digital Analyst to work in our growing team as part of our Graduate Development Program (GDP). The GDP is designed to provide recent graduates, with less than two years of industry experience, with opportunities to further develop their careers and offer exposure to the services in which we specialize in order to become a successful consultant upon graduation of the program. The Digital track within the USA GDP Program provides each successful candidate with the opportunity to work as Project Analyst on a wide variety of Digital services, including Digital Advisory, Strategy and Transformation, Data and Systems Strategy, Data and Technology Project Management, Data Analytics and Automation, BIM and Information Management, Smart Buildings and Digital Project Controls.

Requirements

  • Possess and be able to evidence excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Are passionate about the built environment and the construction industry, spanning infrastructure, real estate and energy & natural resources.
  • Strive to deliver an excellent service for our clients and uphold our unwavering commitment to quality.
  • Are environmentally conscious, aware of current environmental issues, and eager to contribute to a more sustainable future in the construction industry.
  • Possess an analytical mindset and are keen to hone their skills.

  • Are driven to deliver projects and programs.
  • Recognize their own development needs and are ready to invest time and energy in learning and refining their technical and commercial skills.
  • Hold a Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in relevant fields such as Architecture, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, General Business, Management Information Systems, Math, Physical sciences, Project Management, or Systems Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, process, and analyze data from various sources to support construction project management and decision-making.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills and techniques to effectively transform unstructured data and present it back in an informative fashion.
  • Apply knowledge of data cleansing, ETL processes, database design, application and visualization tools.
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements and present findings in a clear and compelling way.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports, and present data insights to stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular data quality checks and implementing data governance practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
  • Support the running of workshops with stakeholders, defining business processes, products and service improvements, project managing the roll-out of products/processes/services and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) for continuous quality improvement exercises.
  • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
