Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or design
- Proficiency with Chief Architect (or similar 3D design software)
- Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, and materials selection
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Xactimate knowledge or certification is a plus
- Clean background and valid driver’s license

- Have experience working in insurance restoration or residential remodeling

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, budgeting, and development of design projects
- Meet clients to discuss ideas, materials, and scope of work
- Design and create renderings for remodels and insurance restoration projects
- Coordinate with vendors (cabinets, countertops, fixtures) and manage product selections
- Visit job sites to measure, verify details, and ensure designs match project needs
- Review estimates, renderings, and deliveries for accuracy and completeness
