Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Internship or coursework related to construction, finance, or analytics (preferred)
Familiarity with project-based environments (preferred)
Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing recurring project performance reports
Track key metrics including cost, productivity, schedules, and resource utilization
Maintain dashboards used by operations and project teams
Ensure accuracy and consistency of project data
Analyze job cost data, budgets, forecasts, and variances
Identify trends or anomalies affecting project performance
Support operational decision-making with data-driven insights
Work with project managers and field teams to validate data
Help standardize reporting and data entry practices
Support project status evaluations
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting or workflows
Assist in improving data accuracy and visibility
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Work within company and project management systems
Update and maintain spreadsheets, models and dashboards
Support data extraction and validation tasks
Assist with backlog, workload, and performance tracking
