About The Position

Wick Buildings is looking to add to our construction team based out of the Fond du Lac, WI area. Our construction crew members earn upwards of $25+ per hour based on experience, plus job-by-job bonus pay and annual warm weather incentive trips. Requirements

• Ability to work at heights of 20 feet or more.
• Some background in construction is helpful, but training will be provided.
• Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Build quality post frame structures including machine sheds, commercial projects, and residential dwellings.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing while working, adhering to safety protocols and using provided safety equipment.
• Handle physical tasks including lifting at least 75 pounds, working outdoors, and climbing.
• Travel to job sites as required, utilizing company-provided transportation and accommodations.
