Requirements
- Assistant Crew Leader: $24 per hour
- 1+ years experience in framing, carpentry, or deck building.
- Crew Member: $20 per hour
- 6 months + experience in a building trades position.
- Ability to read a tape measure and identify tools.
- Posses a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to ensure consistent on -time arrival to job sites.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- The ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50 pounds with prolonged standing.
