About The Position

AquaSafe Pool Management is looking for a skilled and reliable Construction Crew Leader (or Assistant Crew Leader, depending on experience) to join our growing team. This role is hands-on, leading and working alongside a crew on pool renovations and construction projects across the MD, VA, and DC area.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Previous masonry and/or construction experience required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license (company vehicle provided for travel).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions in English.
• Availability Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5 PM (occasional Saturdays or extended hours as needed).

Nice To Haves

• Pool renovation experience preferred.
• Prior leadership/crew management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and oversee masonry and construction crew members.
• Perform skilled labor, including: Tile, brick, and stone replacement
• Concrete demolition and resurfacing
• Rebar installation and excavation
• Major pool repairs and renovations
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate professionally with clients and provide project updates.
• Submit progress reports and completed projects.
