About The Position

Construction Cost Analyst/Specialist | Atlanta, GA Ability to work with extremely large data sets and complex pivot tables Identifies and tracks potential cost issues/overruns and investigates anomalies in budgets and actual expenditures Familiar with Cost breakdown structures (CBS) and integration with accounting systems and schedule WBS Ability to track costs and budgets at all levels - internal company costs, 3rd party costs, and total project costs Provide cash flow analysis e-Builder budget set-up and management Cost tracking for each project and facilitate appropriate rollup into program reporting Funding source use analysis Perform trending analysis and e-Builder commitment forecasting to provide realistic estimate at completion Prepare program reporting Performs other duties as assigned Projected Job Duration: 5 to 10 Years

Requirements
